set up our own glaze production. It was at that time when new types of ice cream appeared, which are now known to several generations of connoisseurs of our products.

we increased the production area, made repairs and purchased new equipment. All that made it possible to make ice cream in a cone and a plastic or paper cup.

we have implemented and certified a quality management system in accordance with the requirements of GOST ISO 9001:2009. This is an effective management model that allows you to react quickly to changes in the market environment, as well as an effective tool for analyzing the work of the enterprise, which allows you to see bottlenecks and timely implement warning and corrective measures. In addition, the implementation of the ISO 9001 standard is an additional quality guarantee that allows the company to count on the high loyalty of its customers, retain customers and sales volumes and, as a result, increase the competitiveness of the enterprise.

the production of semi-finished products (pelmeni, vareniki) was launched. During next two years, ravioli, cutlets and frozen vegetable mixes were added. For us it was a new step.

our ice cream began to be explored in other countries. First, we set up exports to Moldova. During next two years, Israel, Azerbaijan and Georgia too were able to try LIMO. Next were Vietnam and Uzbekistan. And from 2018 we began to conquer America and Europe, in particular Lithuania, Italy and Great Britain.

LIMO received another certificate. This concerns the food safety management system according to the requirements of the international standard FSSC 22000. It guarantees that all the ingredients of our products are safe for consumption and we carefully monitor it.
